The Cottages at Pleasant View are an experience in accommodation and comfort that allow you to make the most of your Black Lake vacation. For family vacations, fishing trips, or just an excuse to get away, our rentals will make you feel at home in the Thousand Islands region of New York.

for 3 or more days. Starting Sept 15 until closing, 20% discount on cabins rented for 3 or more days.
SPRING: May 1 - June 20; SUMMER: June 21 - August 24; FALL: August 24 - October 13
Daily rates only available during Spring & Fall, or upon last minute availability. Daily cabin rentals add 8% state sales tax; weekly & daily cabin rentals add 3% county hotel tax.
Cabin rates are based on 2 people per bedroom. Each extra person — $20 daily, $85 weekly
Cottage 1
This 2-bedroom lakefront cottage has a bedrooms with a full size bed; the other bedroom has a full size bed and a set of twin bunks. The cabin has a 40 inch flat screen TV, screened in porch and a deck overlooking the lake.

Our newest cottage, Cottage 11 is ADA-compliant and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeps up to 8 people. It’s large and spacious with 48 inch flat screen TV and a big screen porch overlooking the lake.

Cottage 14 is newer-construction and has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double) plus a sleeper sofa. It also has 2 baths, 40-inch TVs, and a screen porch with a gorgeous view of Black Lake.
